60] – On Fri., March 20 from 9:30 AM to noon, gather at Lawyer's Mall, 25 Calvert St., Annapolis 21401 with Progressive Maryland leaders, staff, and its partners at the ACLU of Maryland for our Immigrant Protection Morning of Action. Take part in a rally and rapid advocacy efforts to advance the Community Trust Act before Crossover.

After the rally, engage in quick, outdoor conversations with legislators to encourage support for the Community Trust Act and other statewide critical immigration protection legislation. Activities will include dropping in on legislators and their staff throughout the morning, holding brief hallway or outdoor conversations to answer questions and advocate for votes, and navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment with periods of both activity and downtime. PMD and ACLU of MD staff will guide you with talking points and provide written materials on the Community Trust Act.
