55] – Check out Nagorno-Karabakh: Potential Consequences of a Small War on Wed., Oct. 28 from 7:30 to 8:30 PM with David Phillips and Aram Arkun.  On September 27 Azerbaijan with the help of Turkey invaded Karabakh, and there has been heavy fighting since. There is a real fear that this war could lead to a wider war with larger powers becoming involved and the possibility of ethnic cleansing.
