Gather/converge for 5 PM rally at McKeldin Square, Light & Pratt Sts. 38] – Count Every Vote is organizing for Wed., Nov. 4 & beyond by hosting nonviolent gatherings of people at six intersections along Northern Parkway: Reisterstown Road, Pimlico Road, Falls Road, Charles Street, York Road and Loch Raven Boulevard. Or you can join a car caravan. If you are participating in-person please wear a mask and stand 6 feet apart. Car caravans will gather at 4:30 PM at Stony Run Friends Meeting, 5116 N.
