16] – Eli McCarthy <emccarthy@franciscanaction.org> on Tues., July 28 from 8:30 to 10 AM is calling for a Multi-Faith Witness at 17th & Pennsylvania Ave. to protest Netanyahu's visit to the White House. The back up location is at 17th and D Sts., which is a couple blocks south on 17th. Challenge the legitimacy of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who will be meeting with President Trump Tuesday morning.
 
The Israeli settlers continue to attack Palestinians in the West Bank. They have also killed Palestinians while the Israeli police and military enable and protect them. The annexation of Palestinian land is speeding up. Gaza continues to face massive humanitarian aid restrictions and regular killing. The war in Iran has been instigated and drawn-out in large part due to Netanyahu. The Israeli government has killed thousands in Lebanon.
