Excepting top executives like CEO Andrew Jassy whose compensation in 2021 was over $212 million, Amazon's labor force is facing yet another holiday season of long hours, high pressure, and low wages. In fact, Jassy paid the median employee at Amazon just 0.015% of his extraordinary windfall.
