Take action in support of the Equal Rights Amendment. State of Illinois v. David Ferriero will be heard before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, 333 Constitution Ave. NW, Bryant Annex, courthouse entrance in Washington, D.C. The argument is that last three ratifying states (Illinois, Nevada, and Virginia) should be counted, and the U.S. Archivist should act to publish the Amendment. There is a separate event to attend in-person letter writing. The evening will start with a 10-15 minute status update. Then dive into writing letters. You can stay on Zoom to be connected to the in-person meeting or drop off and write at your own pace. Download 20 letters to write at the event and gather your materials.
