Take action in support of the Equal Rights Amendment. State of Illinois v. David Ferriero will be heard before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, 333 Constitution Ave. NW, Bryant Annex, courthouse entrance in Washington, D.C. The argument is that last three ratifying states (Illinois, Nevada, and Virginia) should be counted, and the U.S. Archivist should act to publish the Amendment.
