He is within reach of a historic win for mayor of Minneapolis.  JVP Action endorsed State Senator Omar Fateh for Minneapolis Mayor and now there is a need to mobilize volunteers across the city for a progressive, Muslim, pro-Palestine candidate. 28] – The Baltimore City  Council Public Safety Committee will hold an oversight hearing on police accountability to ensure there is clear, transparent information on police misconduct cases handled by the Police Accountability Board (PAB), the Administrative Charging Committee (ACC), and the Baltimore Police Department (BPD). The goal is to build greater trust, accountability, and transparency between law enforcement and the community.
