18] – Poor People’s Campaign: If There Ever Was a Moment to Come Together, It Is Now. The National Coordinating Committee Call with Co-Chairs are gathering on Mon., Nov. 25 at 8:30 PM ET. In 2024, the Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival (PPC) engaged in an unprecedented push to reach 15 million poor and low-wage infrequent voters, the largest potential swing vote in this country. United for Peace & Justice is a proud mobilizing partner with the PPC. Do not accept the reality of 140 million people living one $800 emergency away from poverty. Continue to work tirelessly to build a forward together nonviolent resurrection, not a violent insurrection to shift the political, economic and moral conditions of this country. Hear from PPC National Co-Chairs Bishop William J. Barber II and Rev, Dr. Liz Theoharis for their moral analysis about where we are post-election and to begin to think about how we will continue to move forward together.
