At 4:30 PM, UNITE HERE Local 25 will be rallying, as hotel contracts are set to expire for thousands of Local 25 members in the coming months. Metro DC DSA comrades will be joining to show solidarity with hotel workers fighting for strong contracts with fair wages, good benefits and the dignity they deserve. Pax Christi USA Young Adult Caucus member Tiffany Hunsinger was matched with Janice for the Peace Pairs program this past year.  Janice and Tiffany are offering these two sessions on nonviolent peacemaking for the wider Pax Christi community -- both weeks, participants will receive an excerpt from Beyond Violence: In the Spirit of the Nonviolent Christ written by Gerry Vanderhaar, with reflection questions from Tiffany and Janice. Both sessions will include prayer, reflections and input from Tiffany and Janice, and discussion with participants.
