Long before the war broke out in Libya there was an access crude oil fund totaling 93.9 million dollars that was keep in my care by our leader Gaddafi but he did not know that the war will escalate the level as we did not finished the arrangement to transfer the fund in to his personal account because of unavailability a computeronic KTT diskette, SMBD 3000 SF, CP1190 which coincided until he was chased out of the country.

A new account must be nominated for this transaction by you for our security purpose or to be sure you can withdraw the fund from your existing account after three week of deposit

I will give you 30% of the principal sum after the transfer, and you push the remaining amount into any account that I will make available to you either in your country or else where.

The computeronic KT Diskette is for automated computer system. We will use it to copy the existing file (Payment Transfer/Information) from the original diskette where all scheduled international transferee is stored. While copying the file I will change the old diskette and replace it with new one.

The essence of this is to avoid trace that may lead to be repatriation of the fund after transfer. Immediately after transfer of the fund and confirmation is received from your bank. We will destroy the new diskette while the old diskette will be replaced.
