Atmosphere Data Centers is currently seeking permitting and other permissions to build a colossal hyper-scale data center campus in Dickerson, MD. The Montgomery County Council and Executives are considering a range of Executive Orders, Zoning Text Amendments, and Legislative Moratoriums to either expedite the project, pretend to fight it while doing nothing, or block the project.
