33] – On Tues., May 9 from 7:30 to 8:30 PM ET, Swing Left is organizing Virtual Letter Writing. This monthly status update event is on ZOOM. When available from Vote Forward it will be followed by letter writing on your own. There are separate events to attend in-person letter writing.

  The evening will start with a 10-15 minute status update. When letters are available from Vote Forward, you will dive into writing letters. You can stay on Zoom to be connected to the in-person meeting or drop off and write at your own pace. Sign up as a volunteer on Vote Forward at votefwd.org/swingleft. It takes a day or so to get approved as a volunteer, so plan to sign up 3-4 days ahead of the event. Download 20 letters to write at the event and gather your materials. You will need 20 stamps, a blue pen, and 20 #10 business envelopes.
