Frank Panopoulos will describe these weapons and what the future of AI warfare looks like and the dangers of this Brave New World now taking shape. He is a human rights attorney who has worked for nonviolence, peace, and justice since 1979. He recently published an article entitled Pentagon Aims to Create a Human-Machine Soldier as Part of Dangerous New Artificial Intelligence Race.  Frank has spent time in prison for acts of non-violent civil resistance, including two Plowshares Actions in the 1980s (AVCO and Trident II). His current work includes representing prisoners held at the Guantanamo Bay Prison, and in Florida state prisons; and anti-drone war litigation.
