37] – Greenpeace USA [mailto:info@greenpeaceusa.org] is being sued by multiple companies — including the company behind the Dakota Access Pipeline — which are collectively seeking more than $400 million in total damages. It’s a genuine threat to Greenpeace’s existence. Strategic Lawsuits against Public Participation (SLAPP) are a major threat to our democracy and freedom of speech. Note, however, on Wed., Sept. 14 at 10 AM ET, Rep.
