This month, we celebrate Thanksgiving, expressing appreciation for our loved ones and all the blessings we enjoy. Members of the Pledge of Resistance-Baltimore are voters and supporters of Progressive Democrats of America, and we invite you to join us celebrating these principles by cosponsoring the following legislation, (if you haven't already), and by opposing bad foreign policy and bad international agreements.

Cosponsor H.Con.Res. 114 to require the Congress to debate U.S. military intervention against ISIS. Also vote against new or renewed Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF). Oppose the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and any other multinational commercial agreements that hurt American working families. Also, oppose “fast track” or any other accelerated procedure for such deals that would serve the special interests, not the public interest.

Finally, we are seeking an end to the use of killer drone strikes, which we believe to be illegal and unconstitutional. We ask you to speak out against this assassination program, which ignores any veneer of due process. Consider as well a request for the full, unclassified release of information surrounding the administration’s drone policy.
